Artist Livinia Tackbary's 30 year passion with beads was the inspiration for the original Eye On Design in Hinsdale, Illinois. After 30 years, the historic Froscher Building was sold and this location closed. Livinia's daughter Cheryl joined the original business in Hinsdale and worked there for 14 years before opening Eye on Design II, 12 years ago in Naperville, IL. This store has a bead and art collection, as well as an emphasis placed on jewelry. Sterling silver and gold collections include Ed Levin, OGI, and Jordan Schlanger. Gemstone and beaded jewelry is represented by Lori Bonn, Patricia Locke, Mysterium Collection, Judith Jack and Margaret Ellis, whose designs appeared in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada." We have since closed our Naperville store as well. Please check this site often for special event information.  |
